The Mind Body Soul Experience
In 2026, Alexandra Palace will open its doors to visitors of the Mind Body Soul Experience on 16th, 17th & 18th October. Visitors will embark on a journey of discovery and renewal, with hundreds of experts on hand to guide them. We have been helping businesses like yours since 1990, by providing busy, interactive marketplaces for you to sell and promote your products and services. Our visitors are interested in what you have to offer, and it is our aim to put you together with them for three days of interaction, sales and fun. The Mind Body Soul Experience is co-located with the OM Yoga Show, Europe's largest yoga festival. With the two shows linked and free access given to OM Yoga Show visitors, this additional footfall has a positive effect on sales for all traders in the Mind Body Soul Experience.
About Alexandra Palace
Known as 'The People's Palace', this historical entertainment and events venue overlooks London from the extensive gardens of Alexandra Park. Located between Muswell Hill and Wood Green, the venue is the ideal setting for the Mind Body Soul Experience, with workshop and performance/experience spaces located within the hall itself. Exceptional in-house catering delivers a wide variety of healthy food options to cater for our visitors and exhibitors alike.
The venue has 1200 car parking spaces plus two free double-decker shuttle bus services between the venue and Wood Green tube, and the Alexandra Palace mainline station.
